Project Management

Project Definition Document

All projects must be well-defined before execution to minimize the risk of failure.

As such, I developed this project definition document for editing 2 ADEQ Factsheets in an agile approach.

It analyzes and examines the purpose of the project, its goals, the scope, dependencies, and risks while developing a plan to ensure project success, which it did.

Background

This project was particularly exciting as it allowed me to develop and communicate a comprehensive project plan and schedule aimed at achieving impactful outcomes within a set timeline.

Design Process

Creating this document was not just a task; it was an opportunity to strategize meticulously and account for various risks and obstacles that might impede our progress.

A notable feature I included that sets this project plan apart is the inclusion of version history. This ensures that all stakeholders can easily track the changes made to the project plan, fostering transparency and accountability.

Result

Throughout this project, I employed several key tools, including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Trello. My approach centered on adaptability and responsiveness to meet the evolving needs of team members and stakeholders. Ultimately, this document serves as an essential resource, providing everyone with the information necessary to achieve results and drive success.
